Large lounge.

Not thrilled about the tiny space allocated to the toilet in the bathroom.

Cleanliness, comfort and the staff is really professional and friendly.

AC control is a bit hard to adjust

The smell on the restaurant floor is a bit weird however the food is good and safe!

Return customers. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially the breakfast and restaurant staff. Very friendly and attentive.

Not the hotel fault but the Highland cafe is no longer available downstairs. The gym needs an upgrade. Ground level front desk could be more informative and helpful.

Not pleasant

Breakfast is terrible. Cheap and not fresh food! The hotel is behind an empty office building which is damaged and dirty. The entrance is narrow and used for both hotel and residence building, thus, it makes the entrance more messy and dirty. The reception is on the 5th floor and looks poor.

It’s difficult to find the hotel, because it’s inside the building sharing with some other companies and living rooms. So bad !

Good breakfast and restaurant with some nice vegetarian options.The room size is good, All facilities are modern and clean. The gym is well equipped and we felt very welcome during our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation.

Shower and bathroom are clean and fairly recent but not perfectly mounted. Noisy on the "City view" side.

A prominent hotel in a good location easy access to and from Cat Ba Do Son etc.Breakfasts excellent.Mainly business travellers but cheaper than lower grade hotel I stayed at in Hanoi.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance and was unavailable but gym and spa/massage operating.

This is local 5 star not like international 5 star hotel, but it does feel like 4 star.The noise from another room when children playing or people shouting we can hear it clearly.

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Nice views of the city.

The hotel clean and quite

This is the hardest check in I have ever made . The receptionist said you have breakfast for only one person . And you need to pay extra 300 for VTA . When I shows her my booking in booking . Com she asked me to cancel my booking and she will give me 5% discount . I ended up with paying the extra 300 cause I was too tired and no worth it

Maybe the massage room can be a bit warmer especially when the weather is currently cold.

Great services, building facilities and staff. Lots of nice little 5 star touches.

Nothing really to complain about - had a couple minor plumbing and heating issues with the room but I just mentioned it to the front desk when I left to run an errand and everything is always addressed within 20 minutes, quite seemlesly. Also a little funny that on the first day I forgot to put a do not disturb sign on the door and someone knocked on my door to ask for laundry and to clean the room at 8:30am. Vietnamese people start their day earlier than the rest of the world it seems, so need to keep the do not disturb sign up if you would like to sleep in, past 9!

Friendly staff

Rooms are small and don’t like carpet floor. Prefer tile or wooden floors

Good location, staff were very helpful. Best of all, the breakfast buffet was very good, a variety of choices, and it tasted delicious. The English pudding was very nice, like all the other food at breakfast.

Breakfast ends at 9 am on weekdays, which is too early. I wish this could be extended to 9:30 am.
